By booking a session or purchasing images through this website or my online client portal, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please review these policies carefully before proceeding with your purchase.
1. Copyright & Image Usage
All images are protected under U.S. copyright law and remain the sole property of the photographer. Unauthorized use, including but not limited to copying, screenshotting, downloading, or reproducing images without proper purchase and licensing, is strictly prohibited.
- No rights to use, print, or share images are granted until payment is made.
- Commercial use requires a separate licensing agreement. If you are interested in purchasing commercial usage rights, please contact me.
2. Booking & Payment
- A non-refundable booking fee may be required to secure your session.
- Full payment must be completed before digital downloads, prints, or other products are released.
- All sales are final—due to the nature of digital and custom photography products, refunds are not available.
3. Model Release & Contract
All clients must review and agree to the Model Release & Photography Contract before their session. This document outlines how images may be used by both the client and the photographer. These will be provided to you upon booking a photo session. By proceeding with your booking or purchase, you acknowledge that you have reviewed and agreed to these terms.
4. Horse Show Photography
By signing up for photos at a horse show, you acknowledge and agree that Una Schade Photography & Design will photograph your rides without requiring a separate contract or model release. You also grant Una Schade Photography & Design permission to use your images for marketing and promotional purposes, including but not limited to online platforms, print materials, social media, and other advertising or business-related uses.
5. Gallery Expiration & Access
- Online galleries are available for a limited time. Please download and purchase any desired images before the expiration date noted on your gallery.
- Once a gallery expires, images may no longer be accessible, or a fee may be required to restore access.
6. Liability & Rescheduling
- The photographer is not responsible for missed shots due to uncooperative horses, riders, or any other unforeseen circumstances.
- Rescheduling may be available in case of extreme weather or other unavoidable situations at the photographer’s discretion.
