I offer a variety of packages and à la carte options to suit your needs, but riders must pre-sign up to guarantee photos of their ride. This is confirmed with a $100 per ride booking fee, which helps cover the photographer’s time and equipment. It’s a fantastic way to capture your moments at a fraction of the cost of hiring a private photographer!
Session Fee
$100* per Horse per Day
The Session Fee ensures I am on site to capture your ride, providing you with beautiful, high-quality professional images of your ride. My clinic photography captures the learning journey and special moments shared between you and your horse, providing beautiful, high-quality images that preserve your progress and growth.
✓ 30-40 Minute Photo-Shoot per Horse/Rider.
✓ I will capture a minimum of 10 photos of your ride. (However, typically I capture 25+).
✓ Includes 10 social media sized image downloads.
✓ Pre-paying offers a significant discount over purchasing photos after.
✓ You’ll receive a personal gallery each ride you’ve signed up to have photographed.
✓ Upgrade to a private password-protected gallery for $5 more.
✓ Ability to purchase prints, products, or high-resolution digital images easily in your personal gallery.
✓ Your personal gallery allows for a seamless single checkout for each horse, no matter how many days of photos you sign up for.
CANCELLATION: If, for any reason, my team and I aren’t able to get photos of you, or if the images don’t meet my quality standards, I’ll gladly refund your Photo Shooting Fee and any purchased packages.

My Process
1.
Before The Session
There’s minimal preparation required on your part, you are already ready for the clinic! Most importantly, remember we do this sport for fun, so enjoy yourself 🙂

The Photo Session
I will capture a variety of shots to showcase your horse at their best during your ride. I’ll aim to get moments from each gait, some highlights with the clinician in frame, and any candids we can. For each ride you sign up for, you can expect 10+ quality photos to be taken (however, I normally capture 25+).

After the Session (Proofing, Edits, and Delivery)
I will carefully refine and enhance each image to reveal its full potential. I focus on color correction, composition, and overall quality to ensure each photo is truly stunning.
Clinic photos get posted to my online gallery fully edited and ready to download. Everything will be posted by the Friday following the clinic. If you pre-paid for photos, there will be the ability to download your photos for free. If you did not pre-pay, you can purchase digitals, prints, or products right from the gallery.
For an additional fee: any blemishes, flies, or other unsightly areas on you or your horse can be skillfully edited out for a flawless result. I can also edit the background to remove small distractions. Your final images will beautifully capture the essence of the moment, showcasing the highlights from your ride.
Your gallery will remain accessible for download or purchase until the end of the current calendar year (or for at least 2 months).
