I offer a variety of packages and à la carte options to suit your needs, but riders must pre-sign up to guarantee photos of their ride. This is confirmed with a $35 per horse, per day booking fee, which helps cover the photographer’s time and equipment. It also helps pay for additional staff to expedite getting your photos processed and ready for you as quickly as possible.

Session Fee

The Session Fee ensures a photographer is present to capture your ride, providing you with beautiful, high-quality professional images of your ride.
✓ We will try to capture a minimum of 10 photos of your ride for every day you’re signed up.
✓ You’ll receive a personal gallery for all the rides you’ve signed up to have photographed.
✓ Upgrade to a private password-protected gallery for $5 more.
✓ Photo Packages purchased by riders that pay the session fee are available at a discounted rate.
✓ If you book a session your photos will be prioritized and processed before any additional riders we might capture at the show.
✓ Ability to purchase prints, products, or high-resolution digital images easily.
✓ Your personal gallery allows for a seamless single checkout for each horse, no matter how many days of photos you choose to purchase.
CANCELLATION: If, for any reason, my team and I aren’t able to get photos of you, or if the images don’t meet my quality standards, I’ll gladly refund your Photo Shooting Fee and any purchased packages.

My Process
1.
Before The Session
There’s minimal preparation required on your part, you are already ready for show! Most importantly, remember we do this sport for fun, so smile 🙂 And give your horse lots of pats after your ride.
2.
The Photo Session
My team and I will capture a variety of shots to showcase your horse at their best during your ride. We’ll aim to get moments from each gait, a halt photo, and any candids we can. For each ride you sign up for, you can expect ~10 quality photos.
3.
After the Session (Proofing, Edits, and Delivery)
Show photos get posted to my proofing gallery without any edits in order to expedite getting them to you. Everything will be posted by the Friday following the show. Once you have decided which photos you want to purchase, just add them to your cart and checkout.
Once you purchase I will carefully refine and enhance each image to reveal its full potential. I focus on color correction, composition, and overall quality to ensure each photo is truly stunning. Then within 3 days, the photos will be delivered to you via email or get sent to the printer.
For an additional fee: any blemishes, flies, or other unsightly areas on you or your horse can be skillfully edited out for a flawless result. I can also edit the background to remove small distractions, or swap it entirely. Your final images will beautifully capture the essence of the moment, showcasing the highlights from your ride.
Your gallery will remain accessible for download or purchase until the end of the current calendar year (or for at least 2 months).
